In summer 2007, Tom Petty reunited Mudcrutch, consisting of himself, Heartbreakers Mike Campbell and Benmont Tench, original bandmember Tom Leadon, and Randall Marsh, who joined when Mudcrutch first went to Los Angeles in search of a record deal in the early 70s.  Rating:  - What Should Have Happened After WildflowersWhen it came to "just plain Tom Petty" albums, we had '89's "Full Moon Fever", followed by '94's "Wildflowers". Then there was this humongous gap between that and '06's "Highway Companion". Now we finally have the piece that was supposed to go in there, in this album.
