A built-in opener sold by the auto dealers can cost over $400. Multiply that by the number of vehicles you put it in and it can get stupid expensive. This was less than $30. Doesn't seem to have the range the old one does, but if I open my side window and click it outside of the car, then it works. I'm just happy to have one that works most of the time!
