Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - excellent stand
Yamaha did a fine job on this stand. It's a little bit different than the one pictured in that the upper part of the stand has little extensions to hold the keyboard in place.

This is a good quality stand. For me, it's much better than the one it replaces. I would recommend it.

I have reservations about the mental stability of the individual who left a one star review for this product.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Nice and sturdy stand
It's a pretty sturdy stand. I needed this for my daugter's keyboard and found it on Amazon. It was promptly delivered and in good condition.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - the rubber on the stand melts away the plastic of keyboard
I put my Yamaha keyboard on the stand and after about a month, the touble came. The rubber on the stand where the keyboard rests, starts to melt the keyboard plastic away. The rubber also has a strong bad smell, sort of that of asphalt.

It just makes me wonder how Yamaha screws up this one.
