It works but doesn't seem to work as well as the prescription does, even though it is supposed to be the exact same. I lost more weight quicker with Xenical. The product does make you cautious about the fat content you eat becaue, if it isn't stored, there's only one place it can go and it does. Read More Rating: - lilyi have been on that product for about 3-4 month and i lost about 18-20 pounds yes it gives you a diarria if you over ate. but if you eat your regular menu, it will give urge to go to bathroom. I think this product is perfect for constipation you don't have to sit in bathroom for hours and you will not have any diarrea. i will recoment this product to people and i thing i will stay on it for little bet longer to loose more pounds.
