We love the extensibility of it (although the extension should of course be half the listed price). This is serving us well all over the house. I use two of them. One to form a dog corral (I've got three big dogs that would roll over my kids). And I use one to isolate electronic components from the kid. The gate is 99.9% awesome. The one flaw is that if you are going to attach it from one wall to another - one side (the side farthest from the gate) does not secure to the wall very well. That is all.
