Compared to a gym membership, you can do this in your own house with just dumbells, a chair, and chin up bar. The work outs are easy to follow, basic moves that you can easily set your own pace with the video. There is no need for pausing or backing up. Rating: - THIS IS A MUST HAVE!!!These videos are amazing! They really do keep you interested in working out by changing up the routine everyday...and you don't have to leave your house!!! Honestly, I committed to this workout and was in the best shape of my life (and that was without following their meal plan!).
