First of all everything is plastic except the nuts and bolts and the handle. It blows more snow on you than it does in the direction you want it to go. You need to have a snow suit on because you become covered in snow. The cord is a hassel too. Keeping up with it. But I guess for the price what can you expect.It may work good in Minnesota but for the Chicago snow Im going to purchase a gas snow blower instead and a bigger one.
