The only problem occurred during the delivery, independent company, when I waited two or three more days then the expected; but it is all right! My only other comment is, My HP Deskjet 3940 series printer, eat's up ink to quick. The cartriges are very expensive. I order #'s 21(Black) & # 22 (Tri-color). I got a combo pack & price was only $1.00 less then cost at Walmart. I really would like the Kodack 3 in one printer but it cost's to much money ( this product doesn't eat up ink so fast and the ink cartridges range from $14.99 each to $23.00 each.
