The video is a bit outdated, but it is a very helpful guide for the various pilates moves you can do with the ring for stand-alone, reformer, and mat exercises. It introduced a few moves that I had not seen before with the magic circle. Rating: - Perfect CircleI used this in my first pilates class and had to have one!
