 Rating:  - What a frustrating product. Phillips should be embarrased.What a frustrating product. I've had the picture frame for about a year, and I did try to research the best product. I hope this isn't the best. The frame comes with inadequate memory so you must add a memory card. The picture frame will format the card as FAT by default. That limits the number of pictures that can be stored to far below the capacity of the card. I got the dreaded error 0X80070052. Googling that error indicated that I needed to format the card in NTFS to be able to store more ... Has been working fine, but as my brother was going to upload more photos onto the card he found the back of the unit bulging out about half an inch. Rating: - User inteface is terrible and documentation worseI received this as a gift, along with a memory card with pictures, and figuring out how to transfer the pictures from the memory card to the device was unnecessary painful. In the menus, there is no visual choice for returning to the previous menu, or cancelling. You have to find out how to do it by carefully reading the documentation. Don't give this to someone unless you can spend some time with them helping them figure it out.
