 Rating: - Quick, Yummy GarlicThis product does exactly what's it supposed to do. Roasts garlic in under 30 minutes. I have owned it for a year now without any problems, and I use it about once every 1-2 weeks. This is much more energy efficient than using your whole oven. I make a lot of dishes with roasted garlic now because its so easy. One thing to add is that it only holds 3 heads if they are smaller. I can usually only cook 2 large heads at a time.
