Jammed for no reason occaisionally even with just one sheet. Seemed as if blades jammed up, reverse, retry and eventually got the sheet(s) to go through. Returned item - cudos for how Amazon handled my transaction. Rating: - Absolutely Recommend...I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a shredder that it super easy to use, because it shreds just about everything. No complaints here.
