 Rating:  - Perfect product, my gf likes it like crazy!!It is solid built. It is safe. It heats up freaking fast. It is light-weighted enough to hold in a girl's hand and heavy enough to feel the manufacturing quality. It is the best on the planet! Try it! Rating:  - BEWARE - NO WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We found out the hard way that the manufacturers warranty is void on this product if purchased on-line. My wife's failed after approx. (4) months. Amazon's return policy is 90 days and to their credit they did make an exception but we learned a valuable lesson. NEVER PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT ON LINE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT THE RISK! Rating: - disappointedI bought this flat iron in May and it has since stopped working. I called Amazon and they only have a 30 day return policy. I called Farouk and they told me that Amazon is not allowed to sell their products and told me there is nothing they can do. Do not waste your money on this. Rating: - This product lives up to the hypeI had heard from many hairdressers (including my best friend) that Chi makes the best flat iron on the market and so far, I agree. It arrived promptly and worked like a charm. It heats up very quickly and doesn't feel like it's burning my hair with too much heat. The cord is really, really long and it works really well with my short hair. I highly recommend it to others. Rating:  - Amazon has great customer service!Purchased a Chi for my daughter in law for Christmas. In July suddenly it would not heat up. Called Farouk about warranty and got no where.
