First let me address the ethics of using a "shock collar". Whenever I tell people I got a shock collar for my dog, some of them become livid. I have an Italian greyhound that is a total spaz - I love him to death but sometimes he is too much. He is too smart for his own good. I did have the first one quit working. I called the customer service number and they were very helpful and sent me out a replacement with no charge. The collar that goes around the dogs neck is really long. just need to adjust it to dogs neck and then cut off the excess. overall I am pleased with this product, would recommend it. I can now let her off her leash and she can run and play, and if she gets to far, or another dog comes around, all I have to do is use the audible beep and she stays put.
