The plastic piece to push down the fruit expanded in the dishwasher and no longer fits properly. This happened only after a few uses. I tried calling but it is impossible to get through to a live agent. They do give you an option to leave your phone number and they do get back to you. But if you are not around when they return your call, you have to go through the same thing ...
