 Rating:  - now that's a panThis pan is great. I bought a smaller one and fell in love with it, that I had to buy alarge one. Nexti am going to add a lid. It is great that It comes pre-seasoned, basically it is ready to use. It reminds me of grandma's house, grandma's always have a cast iron pan. Rating: - Well worth the money!This pan is fantastic. Yes, cast iron is a little heavy, and you will need a potholder as the handle will get hot as you cook. The benefits of this product well make up for those two minor down sides.
